The breasts are one of the weapons of attraction, seduction
and sensuality; giving them proper care and having good habits could be
key to keeping them attractive for long. It is clear that we cannot fight
against time and that sooner or later we will have to accept old age with all
its symptoms as one more stage in our life. The first wrinkles, the
flaccidity of the skin, the cellulite, the gray hair ... and unfortunately also
the sagging breasts. Considering this, we are very clear
that our breasts will not be the same after 40 or 60 years, because with
the passage of time they lose their firmness and there will come a time when it
will be inevitable to see them fallen. Although it is inevitable, but it can be
delayed if you avoid certain habits and lifestyle choices. The sooner you
know them and start to put them into practice the longer you will maintain a
firm and health breasts
1.Use the right size of bra
This is one of the most common and ignored habits that exist.
Find out what is the size that fits you and do not buy the bras just because
they are cheap. The bras are made of flexible materials that adapt easily
to the body. However, many do not use the right size and a bad fit can
cause sagging breasts. If you squeeze too much you will be
atrophying your muscles, so that they will lose part of their natural ability
to stay upright. If, on the other hand, it is too loose, it is as if
we were not carrying anything. The ring should always surround the breasts and
never press them, the cups should perfectly collect the breasts, there should
not be too much left over. We must also pay attention to the straps,
neither loose nor tight to the point of leaving a mark. Ideally, find a bra of
the right size, which fits perfectly, but without tightening too much.
2.Do not always wear a bra.
Wearing a bra continuously is also bad. The suspension
muscles" in your breasts are responsible and crucial in preventing saggy
breast. These muscles work along with these connective tissue structures called
Cooper's ligaments, and their collective job is to suspend the meaty part
of your breast on the chest wall. Your breast will deteriorate over time if you
are in the habits of wearing bra too often. Wearing a bra always may damage the
delicate tissue in your breasts, causing your breast to lose tone and
plumpness. A 15-year research published in 2013 showed that women who
never wore a bra actually saw less sagging than women who wore bras.
3.Eat balance.
A diet rich in lean proteins, complex
carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables will keep you at a healthy
weight. Gaining weight will cause the chest to increase in size. This
does not mean that you give up fats and sweets completely. Fats are mandatory
to keep the skin young and hydrated but always choose the best quality
ones. But eat more salads, olive oil, and fresh fruits. Eat foods
rich in vitamin E (nuts, seeds, and leafy greens) and B (eggs, fish, and
poultry). These vitamins help maintain skin’s elasticity and tone.
4.Not maintaining good posture.
Maintaining good
posture both when walking and when sitting is also key to maintaining
the breasts. Poor sitting posture is another bad habits that must be
corrected, when we sit down we have to have our back straight and our
shoulders relaxed. The shrunken shoulders and the semi-curved back is a
more comfortable posture but also more damaging in the long term. You have
to be especially careful if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer
screen, because over time it is very easy to adopt this position unconsciously.
5. Watch the way you exercise.
Women who follow a sedentary lifestyle are more likely
to have sagging breasts. That does not mean you have to be doing sports
continuously, but rather to do it in an appropriate way. For example, did
you know that continuous back-and-forth exercises are counterproductive?
Exercise is one of the keys to having firm, round and strong
breasts. However, it is very important to know how to work this area of
the body well, since repetitive movements back and forth can cause the
breasts to fall easily as the collagen that holds the breasts is
reduced. Therefore, it is important to make sure to support the
breasts during high-impact exercise sessions and, in general, take care of your
sitting posture all day.
6 . Avoid the sun.
Despite the many
warnings that have been made about the risks of exposure to the sun, there are
still many who do not use a good sunscreen to care for their skin and
health. This bad habit also affects the firmness of the breasts, because
precisely the neckline is one of those that receives more direct rays of the
sun. These rays cause the skin to burn, wrinkle and age prematurely. Ideally, apply a
good sunscreen before exposing yourself to UV rays, and try to avoid
exposing yourself to the sun as much as possible.
7. Neglect after pregnancy.
After child birth and breastfeeding your breast goes
through some changes which could make the breast sag. But if you want to
maintain the firmness of the breasts after breastfeeding or even during it you
should take care of your diet so that the firmness of your breasts does not disappear.
Take note that, extreme dieting and rapid weight loss can be hazardous to your
health in general and breast. in fact, what produces the fall is the increase
in its volume. It therefore important to cut out high-fat snacks and
concentrate on diet with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, balanced with
proteins and carbohydrates. Exercise also helps burn calories and tone muscles
and limbs. Eat foods that contain vitamin E or vitamin E supplements. Vitamin E
makes the skin looks younger. Body lotions made especially for breasts area are
also good, they should be applied every day if possible. These little things
can help your breast look firm and plump.
8. Not having enough sleep.
Catching enough sleep
can help maintain a firm breast. That's why sleeping is one of
them. If you do not sleep enough you
gain weight, your skin eventually becomes loose and it will tend to age.
Chronic lack of sleep triggers your body to compensate for sleep loss by
producing more ghrelin, a hunger hormone that tells your brain that you
are hungry. That’s why getting enough sleep is critical in keeping your skin healthy
and well.
9.Hot and Cold Showers.
Many women find it
impossible to shower with cold water. While you are in the shower, switch
between hot and cold water. If that is your case. This will improve your
circulation and skin tone. Finish your shower with cold water. That way your
breast skin will stay firm.
10.Smoking
Smoking affects our health at a general level, if this
habit has become an addiction this could be a reason to put an end to it. When
we smoke the skin gradually loses its elasticity as a result of the lack of
blood supply to the skin. Tobacco causes the tiny arteries that nourish
our skin to be destroyed little by little, the lack of collagen and blood
circulation dries the skin and gives it a stiff appearance. The areas
where this process is most evident are the face, neck and breasts, where the
skin is more sensitive and delicate.
