( 1/4TRS) jack to (1/4TRS)jack Balance and Unbalance connection







Thing needed
Soldering iron
Lead
Pliers
Screwdriver
Wire stripper
Digital multimetre

Procedures Balance
The three pole ¼ has the following parts, the tip , ring and sleeve.The tip  and ring carries the positive and negative signals or charges  respectively while the sleeve carries the ground.
First plug the soldering iron and allow to heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Carefully cut through the outer rubber casing using the wire stripper.
Take out the unwanted part of the wire.
One-eight-inches or less of insulation should be stripped off with wire stripper to reveal a fresh wire.
Remove the cover of the jack to expose the connectors.
Solder the ends of the wire
 With the soldering iron and the lead connect the red wire which is the positive to the tip’s connector and hold the wire for some time.
 Connect the white or black wire to the ring’s connector and  hold the wire for some time.
Finally connect the shield/ground wire to the sleeve.
Repeat the process with the other jack 


Unbalance
With the soldering iron and the lead connect the red wire which is the positive to the tip’s connector and hold the wire for some time.
Connect the ring and the sleeve together and hold the wire for some time.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 Make sure to test if the cord you have made is working properly with the multimeter
