The Meaning of the Color White



The white color is a symbol of  purity and cleanliness. It represents cold bloodiness, dignity, innocence, stability and continuity. It represents  peace and security. Thought of it increases  strength. At the same time, there is also a side that reminds you of troubles. Which gives a man sadness. Perhaps because of this, the Chinese believe that white is a mourning color. The paler the color, the lighter its   attributed character. White also stands for joy, party and is the liturgical color for big festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter and it also used in baptism, marriage and sometimes at  funerals.

White can be perceived as colorless or as a blend of all the colors of light and as a symbol of purity and virginity, purity and truth. The Holy Spirit is presented as a white pigeon. However, white also has a negative symbolic meaning, primarily somewhat related to   death. Ghosts are seen in many cultures as white shapes, such as white cords or shades. In the Chinese symbolism, white is the color of age, autumn, waste and accident, but also of virginity and purity. White is also the color of mourning in China, in many Asian and African cultures.

The color white is the sum of all colors together. When light is fully reflected, we see this as the color white. When little light is reflected, we see the color black.

Because white is clean and impeccable, the occupational clothing of people who work with hygiene is always white. Just think of doctors, chefs and laborers.

It is the most protective color of all, brings peace, strength and comfort, relieves the feeling of despair and emotional shock, and helps to clear emotions, thoughts and spirit.
 The white color is nevertheless the color less aggressive and more neutral. That is why in India it represents the funerary color, the color of mourning because it is the purest.
If you need time and space in your life because you feel overwhelmed, white is the color that can make you feel free and forget the oppression.
Too white, when it is not necessary, can make you feel too lonely and cold, because white separates us from other people.
Dressing in white during an interview, makes one look young, sincere, more transparent. The white color conveys sincerity and gives confidence.
